FashionClubX provides wholesale fashion collections to boutiques, retailers, and fashion showrooms looking for premium international brands and dependable global fulfillment.

As a wholesale B2B business, orders placed through FashionClubX are typically final sale unless different terms have been approved in writing prior to shipment.

Upon receiving merchandise, customers are expected to inspect all items promptly. Any issues involving damaged, faulty, or incorrect products must be reported within 5 days after delivery. FashionClubX may request photos or additional details in order to review the claim.

Any return or exchange request is subject to approval by FashionClubX. If approved, products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided for guidance only and may be affected by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or other external factors beyond our control. Delivery delays are not considered grounds for automatic refunds or cancellations.
